Ord Storage Services provides archive document storage and file management solutions in Inverness and throughout the Highlands and Islands.
Our company presently stores tens of thousands of archive boxes and continues to offer businesses additional storage in a secure, temperature controlled environment in Muir of Ord just 10 minutes from Inverness.
The custom built database gives each archive box, its own unique identity number allowing it to be accessed quickly and even delivered whole or in part on the same day if required. Individual files can be scanned and sent by secure email as required.
The database also has the capability for destruction dates to be added and once past its destroy date customers can then approve all information to be destroyed by our document shredding service.
Document storage is provided for a range of clients from the public and private sector including lawyers, accountants and medical facilities. Some archives even date back to the Second World War.
We can even store an individual’s personal accounts and paper work, freeing up valuable storage space at home and give you peace of mind that if you ever need a specific item; its only a phone call or an email away!
